Hillsdale

The Hillsdale Neighborhood Emergency Team is a group of neighbors who have been trained by the city of Portland Bureau of Emergency Management and Portland Fire & Rescue to provide disaster assistance in our neighborhood.

Experience shows that most immediate help in an emergency comes from your neighbors. Our most important job is to help our neighbors get prepared to help themselves and one another.
